As each order is freshly made, in the event of flower or items’ unavailability, it will be substituted with a similar flower or item of equal or higher value while maintaining the overall aesthetics without prior notice. Substitution may be necessary to ensure that the order is prepared on time (Items inclusive but not limited to specific basket, vase, soft toy, items in the hamper).
However, the substitution would not be change drastically. For example, if orange tulips is unavailable, we will substitute it with another colour of tulips instead of another flower.
When substitution is necessary, our professional florists will ensure that the arrangement remains the overall looks and feel.
